I loved my stay at Ashfield. My partner and I loved the room. The big windows, the view from the windows, the king bed, the cosy bathroom, the delicious breakfast, the friendly owners... Wow! What a great place to stay! My partner and I booked this for a weekend to attend our friends' wedding. We enjoyed the place so much. We loved waking up to a delicious Full English for breakfast with fresh coffee and juice. There's a little park outside the property, and the main attractions of Douglas are just a 10-min walk. The staff were so lovely... we had a great time! Highly recommend it! Also, they had these mints at the entrance.. uff I became obsessed!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING Where do you begin . The house is magnificent , the decor elegant , food was sensational , price was very reasonable but the real gem here is the host . Margaret goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role as a host , the attention to detail in every aspect from breakfast on thru to the daily linen and cleanliness is second to none . When we return to the Isle we won’t stay anywhere else . In 16 years traveling over 70 countries we have never given a 10 accept now .
