This was one of the most delightful BnB’s I have ever stayed at. Perfectly located in Freshwater along the round-the-island cycle route, we stayed overnight on a cycling weekend away! Sarah was a fabulous host who has thought of everything. The room is so comfortable with plush bedding, a cute seating area, well appointed and spacious bathroom, and windows overlooking the garden. There was a safe garage to store our bikes overnight. Breakfast was served in the sun filled conservatory - muesli, fruits, yogurt and a vegetarian shakshouka! Beautiful old doggy Pim was the cherry on top. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Beautiful historic manor surrounded by a lovely garden even in winter. Great location for nature walks. Room very comfy, spacious, overall a warm and welcoming feeling. Simple and satisfying breakfast. Mike and Vicki are fantastic hosts, very caring and accommodating. We love their stories, really makes you feel right at home.

This is a fantastic guesthouse in a fantastic place. The hosts were kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the time we spent there. The location is also excellent because it is near the sea and a bus stop.

The house itself is roomy enough for a family of four and has everything you need. For kids, there is ample space outside to play and it's all very safe and quiet.

The owner was very helpful when we had to cancel our holiday and rebook due to unforseen circumstances overseeing it all . This was out 1st time staying on the Isle of Wight and we weren't disappointed the weather was lovely too.

The dining room in particular has a stunning view, although I was completely alone in enjoying it as the high price for food seemed to have scared the other guests away! The generous bathroom was a much appreciated luxury after a long walk, even in the cheapest room option. I also loved the efforts the hotel had made to be environmentally conscious.
