The room was great, with a VERY comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereals, jams, cheese and a very tasty full english breakfast. The facilities in our room were very nice, with little touches like 2 bath robes, milk in the fridge, a great selection of teas and coffees (also hot chocolate) and even more options for snacks (including Kendal mint cake). Glen was a fantastic host, very nice and with very friendly communication.

Excellently decorated room, excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive owners. Very clean. A great location. We also had an evening meal which was delicious and served efficiently and speedily. A really good find. Having previously stayed at a hotel for 4 nights and not been satisfied, I would like to take the owners of this pub to the hotel so that they can show that hotel how to do it properly 'from start to finish.'
