Super friendly owner as well as the breakfast helper. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that also our son got a good breakfast despite his allergies. The helper gave us very good advice on visiting St Andrews. Something we would have missed otherwise. We are very happy that we went there. Breakfast was excellent. Home made after our order and even fresh strawberries and other fruit. 8 different selections of cerials, and more. The two rooms were fantastic, as well as the living room and other parts of the building. Very clean and looked newly renovated. Although all B&B in Scotland seem to be on the expensive side, this B&B was affordable and definatly good value for the money.

The place was spotless clean, it was cozy, had everything u need for a break away it was like home from home. Dedicated parking space, it was a quiet area, easy to find, just a 10/15min walk from town. Mary Ann is a great host, she messaged with the code access for the lock box 2 days before we arrived so there was no hassle on getting keys.

The city centre was on walking distance and provided enough places for food and drinks. Parking both in front (public) and back (private) was helpful. We had a room at the front of the property. We were worried about street noices (Saturday night + take-away pizza place across the street), but it was no problem at all.
