We spent a night here on our way back from Scotland to the ferry to the Netherlands (both Newcastle and Hull are not too far away). We had a nice dinner in Townhouse 59 btw.

The room itself was amazing for the value it was amazingly cleanly, the facilities presented are far better then those of a lot of hotels I've stayed in including big branded hotels. All we needed was to book a clean double room in a hurry for a family emergency. What we got was more than perfect. Spacious, spotless, airy, relaxing, comfortable room with more extras than a high class hotel would offer. With family in the area we will definitely be back. Position great as even without a car there is a bus stop outside and it is an easy walk into Bedlington.
