It was cozy and quiet, it came with a kettle and a quick breakfast of porridge, otherwise we were recommended a place for breakfast nearby and a selection of restaurants in town. This home is perfect - every detail is taken care of. We had a lovely bright room with a super-sized King bed which looked out over the back garden. Because we find Duvets too warm, the host immediately responded with an extra sheet we could use. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom are spacious with a tub and shower, lovely towels. The home is immaculate as is the garden. The breakfast room is a delightful glass room with lovely views. This is a restful spot for those travelling up or down the A9 - just a few minutes off the main road and a few minutes north of Perth.
