At the bed and breakfast, all units include a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. A patio with an outdoor dining area and garden views is offered in every unit. At the bed and breakfast, all units are soundproof.

Lovely quiet location surprisingly easy to find and it felt.very secure. The room was perfect for us and our two spaniels and it was lovely to have a kitchen right next door so we could make breakfast and tea in the morning. There was bread, yogurts and jams left out for us and coffee pods in the room so we couldn't have asked for more for an overnight stay. Having easy access straight out onto the grassed area in the morning was perfect for the dogs and both owners were lovely and friendly when we met them. Definitely will return when visiting the moors or the zoo which was just down the road. Thank you too Debbie for posting hubby's jumper back. You're a super host 😁.

The units are equipped with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, fridge, a coffee machine, a shower, bathrobes and a desk. All units include a private bathroom, slippers and bed linen.

A very cozy hotel in a picturesque little town. The hotel was in a very new and freshly renovated condition. The room was very clean and the box spring bed was very comfortable. The owners put a lot of thought into the room equipment, we had almost everything you could ask for: Bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel and hand cream, fresh milk in the fridge as well as a selection of different teas and coffee, cereals, dishes and cutlery, smart TV with internet. There was a very amazing breakfast which was brought directly to our room. Highly recommended!

Also right opposite the 25 bus stop to the city center, though it's a pretty easy 15 minute walk. Also liked that the accommodation has a separate door. But best of all is the view.

    Great location with easy access to Plymouth City centre & shops. The Barbican and Plymouth Hoe also within easy walking distance. Polite helpful staff and excellent breakfast! Relaxed atmosphere and delicious food in the restaurant made for an enjoyable evening meal. Clean and comfortable rooms.

    Excellent location between The Hoe and the city centre, so plenty of bars, eating places and shops. The Hoe provides a great place to stroll in the evening. Close to buses, entertainment and attractions. Reasonably quiet except when boy racers nipped round the streets a couple of times. Reasonably equipped apartment with private parking outside the door.

    Friendly and helpful staff from reception, bar/room service and breakfast service. Clean room. All towel linen, iron, hair dryer and hot drinks facilities available in the room. Beds were very comfortable and linen super soft. For a central location it was quiet with just the minimum traffic noise. Great location to city centre. Parking available at a charge, which is sorted when you register at reception.

    Great location a couple of minutes from the station yet quiet. Walking distance to city centre, university, The Box, Royal William Yard, The Hoe and Barbican. Self check-in straightforward. Spotlessly clean, fixtures and fittings seemed brand new, excellent shower. Kitchen with breakfast items, tea, coffee etc for use by guests.
