Stunning property! We had such a lovely and relaxing stay. Dannii was such a wonderful and welcoming host. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Edinburgh. Quiet location - just a short Uber or Taxi drive from the city.

Highly recommend staying here! We stayed for our last night in Scotland and it was the perfect farewell experience. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, delicious! I hade the pea risotto with pancetta paired with white wine and I’m drooling just thinking about it. The staff were so friendly and conversations were great! Views from the restaurant and the room were picturesque, especially seeing longboats and swans leisurely swimming in the nearby canal. We didn’t hear any noise from the floor below us or the rooms next to us during our stay, though we were very tired from our day of traveling. The bed was very comfortable, too! I wish it wasn’t raining while we were there so we could have enjoyed their outdoor space, looked like a great place to hang out. We walked around the canal footpath for a bit, very sweet and recommend. The Edinburgh airport is nearby enough that the drive in the morning was quick, but far away enough that there was no airplane noise. Room was comfy and clean. Beautiful, nice natural environment with fresh air, and birds chirping in the morning. Excellent breakfast with abundant choices. I tried 3 different choices during my 3-night stay. All fresh and yummy! Hosts were friendly and wonderful! Would certainly stay there again next time.

The location worked perfectly for my travel plans. Delicious breakfast each morning and lovely conversation with the Landlady Elizabeth and fellow guests. Close proximity to a bus stop for an easy access to Edinburgh. Ample parking and WiFi.

Perfect location to fly out of Edinburgh. Beautiful room, very large, plenty of electric outlets, decorated so nicely, everything was elegant and cozy. The en suite bathroom was great, lots of space, nice large shower, and my favorite was the lighted mirror. Michele is a great hostess, greeted us with such warmth and also recommendations for dining and transportation.
