    We loved this apartment, we'd stayed in 'cosy' before so was expecting a very small space, but there was plenty of room, deco was lovely, kitchen well equipped, very clean. Very quiet building and no traffic noise, a great location for the city centre, the common or for driving in or out of S/Hampton. Parking just to the back of the property for free. You couldn't ask for more. Lovely owners, fabulous communication for any queries or questions.

    The location was perfect to be able to get out and explore the city. The house is absolutely huge and all of the guests felt like their rooms were very private and allowed them to have some peace and quiet when we all wanted to relax. This house is beautiful and a very good find! There was even a full basket of fresh fruit which was a lovely touch. I'd definitely look to book here again for a short or long stay.

    Great warm welcoming from the host named Kaleigh. Very pleasant and helpful member of staff made me feel at home throughout my stay. The single room with private ensuite was clean, comfortable, homie and quiet and had all the essential ammenities. Homemade breakfast and service was brilliant and I was assisted with a Southampton map for my planned visits. Had parking included and located in a quiet neighbourhood- walking distance to city centre.

    So so so clean and very covid friendly! Lovely married couple run this B&B who were very helpful throughout our stay. Great location, quiet street but only a £4 taxi journey to the city centre! Will definitely be returning.
