Archontiko Panagoula is a traditional guest house occupying a renovated 1838 mansion in the picturesque village of Portaria. It features spacious rooms and a stone-paved courtyard.

The traditional rooms are designed and decorated carefully with porcelain, Greek traditional artefacts, old-fashioned furniture, as well as modern comforts. Some also offer warm seating areas with fireplace.

Very beautiful and atmospheric building on the street connecting the centre of Portaria and the path of the Centaurs. The landlady was very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast experience was like being treated at someone's home. The front terrace has a very nice view, recommended for hanging out a bit in the evening!

Situated on Portaria's main street, Guesthouse Filokalia offers homemade breakfast, and tasteful accommodation with fireplace and firewood. Agriolefkes Ski Resort is 12 km away.

Guesthouse Filokalia’s traditional rooms feature iron beds with handmade covers and wooden floors. Each offers wonderful views to the mountain of Centaurs or the scenic villages of Portaria and Makrinitsa.

Everything was first rate at this inn, but what really sets it apart is the wonderful host, Katerina, and her beautiful daughter, Violeta. Probably the most welcoming host in our 21/2 months in Greece, she also was right there for us during a potentially serious medical emergency of my wife. Don’t stay anywhere else and be sure to check out her beautiful handicrafts!

Old style, like in XX century. House is from 1838. Nice hosts even if they don't speak much english; breakfast with partly homemade dish. Beautiful decorations, the view from balcony is amazing. Parking lot near the building. Quiet area very close to main square of Portaria with a lot of tavernas and shops.

The studios are in a quiet area, easily accessible. Impeccable cleanliness, everything is new and nicely decorated. Vaggelis and his mother waited for us and they offered a homemade cake cooked just for us, cold water, fresh eggs and fruits. The private parking is large and lit over the night. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast, large spread with variety, although the hotel was almost empty (only 4-5 rooms were occupied during our stay). The staff was very friendly all the time. The room was very spacious and extremely warm (visited at the end of the winter). We stayed for 3 nights, after the second night they changed the towels and sheets without any prompt from us.
