Our host(s) were wonderful. They helped us to feel at home. Wonderful conversation and hooked us up with the longest tenured weaver in Ardara, Mr. Eddie Doherty (who just happens to live across the road.) We visited his shop and were given a demonstration of his weaving. What an amazing process and an amazing gentleman. Breakfast was delicious, and plentiful.

I can not think of a better place to stay in Ardara, County Donegal, Ireland. The Atlantic Lodge is absolutely amazing! Totally Awesome on so many levels. The owners take so much pride in their establishment and genuinely care about their guests. I only intended in staying for three days. I ended up staying over a week. I think this alone speaks volumes about The Atlantic Lodge Ardara. Be sure to read more of review below. You definitely won’t be disappointed and will feel totally relaxed after your stay. The Atlantic Lodge is located on the Main Street in Ardara, County Donegal. It conveniently located to newsagents, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops , post office and a chemist. The Atlantic Lodge is beyond amazing. Besides the fact of it being located on the Main Street in Ardara. The Atlantic Lodge offers amazing rooms. The rooms are very modern. My bathroom was very modern also and had a great shower. The Atlantic Lodge offers great WiFi and an amazing flat screen television. Note you can watch Netflix, Utube and lots of your favorite channels. My bed was so comfortable. My room was very spacious and had very modern furniture. The Atlantic Lodge offers breakfast. Honestly If you love a great breakfast. You will definitely find it at the Atlantic Lodge. All the cereals, eggs, orange juice, bread , jams, marmalade’s , Nutella , bread , milk, teas and coffee are all set up outside in the lobby area. Amazing setup is putting it mildly. You won’t be disappointed! You can make your self a tea and coffee any time during your stay. The Atlantic Lodge provides lovely biscuits also. The Atlantic Lodge is so safe. Make sure you check your messages per your arrival. The owners will send you an amazing detailed message per the procedures of getting into your room and how to get a key! I feel 100 percent safe here.

A fantastic bed-and-breakfast! We visited in the down season, and had the entire place to ourselves, and the hostess was outstanding. We felt incredibly welcomed and had a fabulous breakfast. Would recommend to anyone traveling in Donegal!

Darcey, the dog, is well trained and enjoyed playing with our children. The breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs, pancakes, homemade bread and the slided fruit and berries. Bridget and Steven are really kind and treated us like family members. Thx for being your guests.

Very nice rooms with ensuite and nice kitchen. Owners were very friendly, kids and family most welcome, and helpful with recommendations for the area. Located right in the middle of Ardara so all of town is within walking distance.

The wonderful host, John, and the two lovely staff ladies, everyone we met at the hotel welcomed us on our first visit to this beautiful little town with great hospitality.It was as heartwarming and nostalgic as if we were visiting our grandparents (if they existed) in rural Ireland. In the evening we went to Nancy's, a nearby pub that John had told us about, and had a great time there until late. It is very convenient that there are restaurants and pubs only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The next morning we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel before checking out. The delicious breakfast was brought to our table full of food and filled our hearts and stomachs. We were very happy to stay at this hotel and hope to return next time when the garden is in bloom. After we got home we watched the movie "Dancing at Lughnasa" that John had mentioned to us and soaked up the aftermath of our memorable trip.
