Great location to see the northern lights, sadly we didn’t see them but the group the night before and after did since is secluded spot. Lovely waffles for breakfast, clean room with everything you need. We got dinner from a food truck in Hella but also had great kitchen facilities if you want to cook your own.

Lovely semi-detached house in the country side. Has beautifull morning views of the local big volcanoes (Hekla, Katla and Eijafjallajokull). Location wise it’s quite convenient for Golden Circle and heading East to Vík and further (Diamond Beach was a stretch in early November but doable). This is a dream. :) Lovely guesthouse and horse farm with spacious and cozy cottages. I wish we would stay longer. It is all furnitured and decorated with love, the cottages has windows all around so you have a beautiful view everywhere you look. Horses behind the windows make it even more romantic. The bed are very comfy, the kitchen is fully equiped, there is really all you need even for a long stay. We loved it.
