Plus, it is very close to everything. The room was big enough for three and very well laid out so you can even have a private breakfast in it very comfortably. Talking about breakfast, I would like to point out that it was delicious, varied, and hearty. The bathrooms are common to other rooms, but very clean. I highly recommend the guesthouse! In contrast to many other guesthouses in Iceland, these rooms are not only functional but also charming and stylish. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need, coffee and hot water during the day and nice tables to sit at. Besides, Maria one of the staff, is really friendly, gave us some quite helpful advices and took us to an amazing pony tour. If we come back to Iceland we will definitely come back to the Saltvik Farm!
