Everything is perfect. The property is close to the bus station and easy to access. Barbara is really really helpful. I arrived early and she rushed to the property to check in with me. She prepared a welcome wine but unfortunately I didn't drink alcohol. The food was delicious and the facilities are very comprehensive, you can find almost anything you want.

The main problem was access. Despite the claim, we received no prior notice regarding property access, and that which we discovered was a nightmare. A full 45 mins ringing, calling and contacting random people to help understanding of where we were staying The whole process, after an extremely long drive, was unwelcome

The hotel were able to accommodate us with 2 kids and a dog with very little notice. It's in a great location for those of us passing through onto southern Italy but for those visiting Milan they also have a free shuttle to the station. Dinner and breakfast was great and kids loved the massive beds 😊 will stay again
