The location was very good for us to visit several Lakes in the Dolomite Mountains. It's also very close to shops and restaurants and can easily go for a peaceful walk in the evening. We were so happy to find this place! Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, the house is beautiful, the host was extremely friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great. The town has a nice central square in walking distance with good resturants. In terms of location - it was perfect for us to visit Lake Braies and Tre Cime di Lavaredo and also relatively close to the border with Austria, where we were headed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Despite humid and cold air outside, room was very well heated. Breakfasts in the form of buffet (everything was fresh) with an optional cup of coffee. The personnel extremely kind and interested in your plans. Bathroom was tidy and perfectly clean. Separate place for drying skis and skiboots. Cosy appartment perfectly located in rural area of Niederdorf/Villabassa. The room with maps and receptionists allowed us to plan our cross-country skiing routes. In the last day we could admire calm and beautiful winter scenery through panoramic windows from the breakfast room. The room well and conveniently furnished. The photos on Web page correspond with current state of the room and bathroom. Very close to the restaurant, Niederdorf centre and ski rental point.

I booked two rooms, a single and a double. I was upgraded to two double rooms at no additional cost. I liked the alpine decor. The staff was friendly and gave me advice about sightseeing. The food was great! I ate dinner at the restaurant both nights.
