Perfect location. 1,2km from the beach and many beach clubs. 41 km of private beaches located on a road like the Vegas strip in the USA with palm trees everywhere. Private beaches and public beaches. Couple of hundred meters from shops and restaurants. Extremely nice temperature of 28 - 32 degress daily at the end of september. I slept like a baby on the boxspring bed. A free parking next to my room and closed by an automtic gate. Very save and secluded. He has a giant garden where you can eat different kinds of fruits, straight from the trees, sit in stillness or relax on one of the lying chairs. And even though Italians are very nice people Davide the owner just made a littlebit more effort then just being nice. Whatever you need or wanted to go to, he provided the location or the information. A B&B with the service of a hotel. I didn't found where i came for but found a new destination in my life. Even made friends there. Probably the 2 most happiest weeks in my life. For me it was like coming home. First week near the Gardalake in Castiglione di Seviera and the second week in Marina di Carrara. Now back home selling my business and in a few months my new home. Italy is breathtaking beautiful. The people are extremely nice an respectfull, especially if you take some effort in speaking their lamguage and the temperatures are nothing more then perfect. I had a nice cold room with airco that i really didn't need. Davide took me on a boat trip so i still had a very nice dive near cliffs and beautiful fish. Beautifull blue water. Certainly not the last time i will stay at his place. Can't wait to meet him again. Strange feeling coming home in the Netherlands but having the feeling that i just left home. A lot of sunlight is the road to a good immune system (vitamine D) and a happy life. Especially being surrounded by so many nice people and nature. I couldn't wish for anything better for my second holiday since i was 15. I am now 53.

    Very friendly place with nice atmosphere. The breakfast is near and enough as a starter of the day, and their capuccino is very tasty. The service is fast and very kind. The apartment is modern and spacious, has a well equiped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and separeted bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and what is more; it has a private garden!

    I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks 10 days I was in a large luxury room with my friend and the remaining 4 days I stayed in a single room which was also very large and would have been enough for two people quietly the room was very clean. Good, firm mattress is cofortable to sleep on it. I liked everything!

    Great location with private beach; the ability to take surf lessons directly next to our accommodation; the staff responsible for the breakfast was outstanding (especially the young woman!!).
