Very friendly hosts, Petra and Ron. Location is good. The room is very clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is big and shower is good. The hosts helped us with our heavy luggage up/down the stairs upon check-in and check-out. We loved the well prepared and good breakfast spread each morning. We could have afternoon tea and biscuits provided and relax in the couch area. One of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. We highly recommend this place.

Despite the buzzy atmosphere in the square my room on the top floor was really quiet. The upgrade to the Chinese- themed room was welcome and I had a sunken bath and a bed which went up and down. Also an amazing view over the roofs of Delft. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.

Despite the old (and charming) building, everything (heating, warm shower, etc.) works well. I liked the relaxed atmosphere of a small boutique hotel, with however attention to the details. Excellent location : in a calm neighborhood, 10 min walking distance to the beautiful centre of Delft as well as 10 min to the Technical University.

Beautiful rooms with views of the canal (we booked a superior room), but also great views from breakfast room/bar. Interior design is just perfect. Hope to come back to this hotel! If you come by car, make sure you book a parking spot (definitely worth the extra charge). All main sites of Delft and the train station are within easy walking distance., but you are in a nice, quiet area.
