Absolutely everything was exactly as we hoped it would be. We were visiting from America, and wanted an experience that would be different than what we were used to having on the USA. Ria, and her beautiful and unique property were wonderful! Situated right on the picturesque harbor, it is easy walking distance to everything! We stayed on the top floor. Ria is a charming host who prepared a fabulous breakfast that could have fed a large family! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Hoorn, we will definitely stay there again!

all was lovely, a beautiful room, a whole fully equipped separate kitchen for the guests, wonderful cozy breakfast where there is so much detail for your wants, we eat vegan and even though Hennie had little knowledge about this, she did her uppermost best to provide us a lovely breakfast and took wonderful care of all of us. Very spacious, comfortable and tidy apartment. Nice interior design, very quiet and peaceful with chicken roaming free around the house. Beautiful garden to sit in the sun and relax from cycling or visiting the nearby cities of Hoorn or Enkhuizen. Christine is a great host who puts a lot of attention to detail and quality. Breakfast was also amazing with many local products.
