It was wonderful having a LR to relax in and then go upstairs to bed. Dawn was amazing and made us muffins, pancakes and a yummy fruit mixture to top our pancakes. It is a very homey place and yard has all kinds of beautiful flowers.

This was a fantastic little property in its own grounds. It was perfect for the one night we stayed but it would be equally great as the base for a longer stay. We were independent and yet supported. We recommend unreservedly.

A warm room on arrival on a cold day. House is spectacular and garden so lovely. Keri was very welcoming and friendly and invited me and my sistersto see the house we had known as children. She has restored it so beautifully. I would love to stay again.
