-staff was awesome. Helped us with everything we needed and was very friendly. The hotel is very good overall, but that was the best part. We asked for Benji's help so many times for different stuff and every time he went out of his way to help us. Very nice guy. He will help you book tours and find the best options for what you need. I recommend you book with them. -rooms are very big and Comfortable. Feels very new as well. -Beds were comfortable.

Very nice room, nice and variation in breakfast, very nice hosts. We arrived early and already got breakfast, they also offer affordable tours and if you book it with them they adjust the time of the breakfast. When going on a trek they gave us a thermos with coca tea which was very nice. After checking out we could still chill in a nice area untill our nightbus.
