Pool area was nice and usually quiet during our stay. Staff are really helpful and also do free luggage transfers from the port but make sure you arrange this before so they know to come for you. New water as much as you need, and beach/pool towels to borrow for free. Laundry service was cheap and reliable :) really enjoyed staying here and would recommend
