There is a small parking lot next to the hotel, which was full at night, but it seems that everyone could find a place there. Very close to the main street(s) of Gyoreme. Al staff were very friendly an helpful. No signs of previous smoking in the room, which is a common complaint in Turkey.

The place was nice and clean. My host Unal went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. On my first day he sat with me and recommended activities I could try out. He arranged airport transfers on my behalf. Breakfast was as though I was sitting at a king's banquet. He fed me really well. So much variety in his breakfast option. This was a wonderful stay.

The staff was lovely! They were very helpful with everything - balloon ride booking and cancellation and re-booking. The hotel is small, but very cosy. We stayed in the cave room, and it was AMAZING! I really loved it, and would stay there again. There was coffee and tea, bedroom slippers, toiletries, fresh towels and super fast internet. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was well equiped and taken care of, with hair dryer. The breakfast is on the rooftop, which has another level. The view is a bit obstructed but you get the idea of the Goreme Valley.

Excellent place to stay in Cappadoccia. TOP point: the rooftop terrace where you can get breakfast and have the most amazing view of the balloons and sunrise!! The guy at the reception was super friendly. The breakfast is great, it is just a pity that it starts at 9 so we had to miss it on the day we left early. Our room was very nice even though it was the "standard" room, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We went by car, if you need parking they can show you a couple places where you can park if available, but Goreme in general is difficult with parking (but you always find a place somewhere). Excellent price-value! Excellent location!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with my significant other for 4 nights. It's right in the heart of Goreme (in Cappadocia), just a few minutes walk from the main streets. In the mornings, you can see the balloons (from a distance) or take a quick 10 minute walk to the top of the viewpoint where you can see the lift-off points. The room itself was cozy - staying in a cave was a unique experience. Breakfast was also great, with all of the fix-ins a great Turkish breakfast should include. What made this hotel special was that the owners are extremely friendly and kind. This is a family owned operation and you can tell they really try to help everyone that stays at their hotel. They helped arrange tours, transportation to/from the airport, and even helped drop me off at the beginning of a hiking trail on request. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay for a few days in Goreme.

The location is at the center so its easy to navigate around. Faruk and Alican are both very helpful especially when I encounter problem in my hot air balloon booking. The room is clean and everyday, they see to it that they maintained it. The breakfast is also great.

My friend and I both loved this hotel, a true gem of a place. We shared a room with two beds and it was cleaned to perfection upon request. Breakfast was fantastic. It was a lovely buffet in the classic Turkish style with breads, cheeses, eggs, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, cakes, fruits, endless tea and coffee---simply delicious. The view of the balloons was wonderful, including from the rooftop terrace, but also from our room. The staff was phenomenal. Five star all the way. I didn't get her name but the head cook actually stood at the front door to bid us good-bye on our final day. I felt like royalty. The employees here understand what hospitality means. Great value for money too. A winner.

The guide was amazing and very friendly and the driver was one of the owners (I believe owner's son) was very patience as he drove us around. Because we were a large family - we basically got a private tour.

The hotel is ideally located, in the city center, but off the main road, so we don't hear all the noise. The rooms are very charming and clean (we stayed in the cave rooms). The hotel booked everything for us and made sure we could do all the activities we wanted: hot air balloon, horse riding, private quad tours, Turkish dinner, etc. We even got to go to a local market and a local restaurant with the hotel manager. The breakfast in the morning on a terrace was the highlight of the trip - fresh food and juice!
