Location was great. Parking in the rear was great for my box truck House manager Melvin was excellent!!!!!! He went above and beyond To make our stay great. Overall the location was very safe And cozy. Very close to pub transportation. The NJ light rail. It was literally across the street...30-45 sec walk.

Om my day of arrival a room facing the highway was assigned. After speaking to a very nice and help full night worker, the lady arranged a room facing the back asap, that is the next day since they were fully booked. Great service.

Some customers expect Marriott quality service at a knock off price. By local (Jersey City and Manhattan) standards, Ramada by Wyndham is very good value. The room was big, spacious, clean and quiet, it is only 5 mins walk from the PATH and whilst the breakfast was basic, it is a cheap hotel so I didn't expect anything better. If you can spare the travel time to get across the Hudson, Jersey City is the way to go. Accomodation is much cheaper than Manhattan especially around xmas/new year, and much quieter. We liked that. Staff were friendly and very accomodating. A great little self serve "minimart" at the front desk. We could buy snacks and even laundry detergent. Having a free laundry facility was excellent.

Wonderful location - only a few minutes by frequent ferry across the Hudson River to the World Trade Centre. Very quiet area and a good selection of cafes and restaurant nearby. Situated on a riverside walk with tremendous views of the Manhattan skyline. Helpful staff. Very good room price compared with hotels on Manhattan. Appreciated having fresh fruit salad included in the breakfast.
