The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked really well and was very quiet. The owner is very sweet and we very much enjoyed practicing our basic Vietnamese with her. Lots of restaurants nearby and also a couple of laundry places a few doors down. There's a coffee shop at the bottom level where you can get a coffee, tea or fresh juice.
