Friendly hosts with flexibility regarding check-in hours if communicated in advance. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of salty and sweet choices to get your hiking energy on a good level! Good location only a quarter of an hour walking from the city center and 25min from the bus terminal. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the Torres del Paine NP! Hosts were even so friendly to keep part of our luggage until after our O-hike!

Definitely the best hostel I stayed at in Patagonia but probably the best I ever stayed at:) a very nice, family -run hostel with Victoria, the nicest and friendliest staff who really cares about the guests' comfort and makes sure that everyone enjoys their stay there:) The room was warm with unbelievably comfortable beds, I especially loved the blanket. The common area is nicely designed and the breakfast was also exceptionally great. Showers are clean, smell good and the towels are just sooo soft. I really miss the place and would have loved to stay more! I look forward to returning one day:)

Amazing views, great Wi-Fi and really well equipped.

Very nice and clean room and bathroom. The host - Evelyne - is extremely friendly and helpful. She will prepare you a very nice breakfast.

The host was very attentive and even fixed us a dinner as we arrived late at night. Highly recommend to stop by and make conversation with the host!

Rooms at Hostal America has central heating, a private bathroom and cable TV. The people who work at Hostal America are so lovely and helpful! They let us leave our bags for no fee while we did the w trail in Torres del Paine. They also recovered something we accidentally left and kept it safe for us until we got back from our backpacking trip. The breakfast is delicious and the room is very comfortable. It is also quiet and very close to the bus station, with the town center just a 10 min walk away.

Located in Puerto Natales' city centre, Vinnhaus is a fully-renovated historical house providing hostel accommodation in a vintage atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi access is available on site. Guests can enjoy the garden at this property, where they will find native plum trees and be able to try its fruit during the summer. Very friendly and helpful hosts! Beautiful interior, comfortable rooms, high attention to details. Highly recommended!
