The staff was very friendly, welcoming and reliable. They helped us with any problem that came up and were willing to keep our luggage and provided us with a transport to the airport.

Owners were very friendly. Free laundry facilities. We were able to store our bags after check out. Would recommend.

From A to Z all was perfect and i am not used to that;) Maria is a great host. I felt really like a family friend here. She also help me plan my trip with usedull advises. The room was also very comfortable, much more than the average room i had so far in Equator. Delicious breakfast. Would love to come back if i come back to Cuenca ;)

Since we arrived, Alberto and Helena were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is well located, is very beautiful in all aspects and has a wonderful view of the Cotopaxi.
