Loved our stay here, we arrived on the night bus so the 24 hour check in was great you ring a bell to wake them up. It was super quiet at night with no bars noisy nearby was super tranquil. We had a beautiful Mountain View and enjoyed our 5 nights here. breakfast was yummy too and ensured I had gluten free options. Owner is great, very helpful with booking tours and she has a great personality :)

City center is just a 15 minute walk away. But what was most exceptional about our stay was the staff. Bettina and Darwin are the loveliest people I’ve met in a long time, they go above and beyond to help you with every question and are also just fun to talk to and spend time with. 10/10 I would recommend anyone to go stay here when you are going to Baños. Also speak fluent English.

He helped me through a very difficult situation with stolen passports and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Luis booked our tours and even drove us to Quito, 4 hours each way, to help us get there safely. I can´t thank Luis and his family enough for their kindness and support, amazing people and I really look forward to staying with them again. This place is special and we really felt like we were so welcome there. Well done!
