The place is amazing, super clean, modern, and cozy. It was near to every where u may need"market, pharmacy, cafes &etc). We had the ultimate amazing stay.

Each morning's breakfast was carefully prepared and was most flavorful Our host created a warm family atmosphere for our breakfast times with thoughtful conversations and ample food. Our room was clean, quiet, and tidy, including a tiny refrigerator so that fresh milk was available for a cup of tea or coffee should we choose to make one for ourselves.

The property is non-smoking and is located 40 km from Walton Hall. Cozy flat that fully met our expectations. We loved the pictures of the family's dogs. Lots of little personal touches, very clean and really nice with the welcome package in case you didn't manage to buy any groceries on the way there. Well stocked kitchen.

We have two rooms, both looking out over a large garden, both with its own private entrance.

The Balcony Room is on the first floor, accessed via a private entrance and hallway, used only by you. The Juliet Balcony in this room gives you views of five miles over the rolling countryside. The Balcony Room has its private bathroom downstairs on the ground floor . Guests have their own table in the garden if they want to take breakfast outside. Breakfast was excellent. The room was spotless and well serviced. The hostess was most pleasant and helpful.
