Perfectly located in Freshwater along the round-the-island cycle route, we stayed overnight on a cycling weekend away! Sarah was a fabulous host who has thought of everything. The room is so comfortable with plush bedding, a cute seating area, well appointed and spacious bathroom, and windows overlooking the garden. There was a safe garage to store our bikes overnight. Breakfast was served in the sun filled conservatory - muesli, fruits, yogurt and a vegetarian shakshouka! Beautiful old doggy Pim was the cherry on top. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Our stay was perfect, from the friendly greeting by our host John to our lovely room with views of the amazing gardens. Breakfast served in the elegant dining room with fresh coffee, fruits, toast and other delicious treats. There is a comfortable lounge with a balcony overlooking the gardens where you can relax after a long day exploring this amazing island.

We stayed for four nights in a room that was impeccably designed and maintained, with turndown service every day and little touches such as fresh milk in the fridge for coffee, as well as homemade cake on arrival. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order by Luke, with many different options. Chris and Luke are amazing people- kind, thoughtful, and always considerate. I really cannot rate their B n B highly enough. I am not surprised at all that they book up quickly.

The owners (Pete and Warren) think about the guests, and I could see that in everything - the house, room, services, and breakfast. They were very caring, friendly, and kind and made me feel at home. My dog was very excited and noisy in the breakfast room, had a toilet accident, and got sick, but they were very understanding. Not many places allow dogs in the eating area, so it was nice. The room was super clean and comfortable, I definitely come back for my next visit to IoW!
