Absolutely lovely hosts in a very comfortable home. Every detail had been thought about (including a wee torch next to the bed for night-time). The house is located right next to a lovely historic river walk down to the main town, with a bus-stop outside as a return option. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. We very much appreciated the hospitality shown to us.

The rooms were spacious, with a brilliant shower which is a joy after so many very small shower cubicles in the UK. Lots of facilities such as tea and coffee, and milk and filtered water on hand. Lovely decor.

Located in Weymouth, 1.8 km from Weymouth Beach and 24 km from Monkey World, The Angove provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Situated on the beachfront, this property features a shared lounge. The accommodation features luggage storage space and a housekeeping service for guests. Breakfast was cooked to order, clean, tasty and no problem to cater for someone with dietary requirements. Fab room up on the top floor. Lovely hearing the water lapping at night and seeing the beach across the road. Vanessa and Simon helpful, upbeat, caring and delightful. Hotel was well appointed with beautiful touches throughout such as a pretty chandelier in the dining room.

The location is ideal for both the seafront and the town, and the room we had was excellent. Spacious, airy, the room has everything you could possibly need - even a hot water bottle. The fridge was a bonus too on such a hot weekend. After a fabulous night's sleep we were presented with an excellent breakfast, which we only just managed to finish because we'd had so much of the fresh fruit on offer.
