A recently renovated guest house located in Daventry, Annexe Newnham features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 36 km from Kelmarsh Hall. There was nothing NOT to like! Hugh and Anabelle communicated with us before we arrived and offered to book a table at the nearby pub. They also assured us there was a safe place to store our large tandem bicycle. On arrival we felt most welcome (almost like long lost relations!) The Annexe was beautifully appointed with absolutely EVERYTHING we could need or want. The bed was extra comfy and the bathroom and whole place spotlessly clean and neat. We wished we had booked for longer and were reluctant to leave.

Units are fitted with a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while selected rooms also feature a terrace and some have garden views. All units in the bed and breakfast are fitted with a flat-screen TV with streaming services and with satellite channels. Attention to detail, with there being a fridge in the room which was stocked with fresh milk, wine, beer etc. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The owners were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble.

Location was great, ten minutes walk to the bus stop. A beautiful property set in lovely grounds with mature trees and garden, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well equipped, cereal, milk, tea, coffee and snacks provided. Owners were responsive to any queries but respected our privacy. Beds were very comfortable, heating provided and also a fan. I would highly recommend this property in Flore as a lovely place to stay.
