All staff were very helpful. The bed was excellent and in particular the sheets and bed cover was way better than I have experienced in other indian hotels. The ac and wifi were also excellent.

The breakfast option was generous and delicious, so much that we had to cut back on the amount of food we ordered in the morning. Lastly, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, concerns and always ready to help. It made a big difference.

Situated in Palolem, 80 metres from Palolem beach, Hilias Retreat boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property has also been recently renovated. We were lucky enough to spend Christmas and New Years at the Hilias Retreat. It felt like home here. From the time we arrived the hospitality was perfect and they were so friendly and welcoming. The room as great and included a fridge and all toiletries were kept fully stocked. This place is quiet yet only a few steps to the beach. Highly recommended!
