All rooms at Guesthouse Vogafjos have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Beautiful log cabin, warm and cosy. Spacious room with big comfortable bed and luxurious linen. We had a great sleep. Very clean and modern. We liked that the shower and toilet were separate rooms. The kids liked the big TV! The restaurant food was delicious, the setting was amazing with magic views. The cows next door are a great novelty. Breakfast was brilliant.

Everything was perfect, big kitchen with a big common area. Only four rooms with private bathrooms so it was really peaceful. We had breakfast with a really nice couple what made the stay even better.

Eldá Guesthouse is located in Reykjahlíð, just a few minutes on foot from Lake Myvatn. There is a golf course 750 metres from the property. Each room includes a work desk, a wash basin and free WiFi. Bathrooms are shared. Very clean, great shared kitchen, bedroom large and comfortable. The staff is amazing especially Monika who helped me pay a parking fine. She went above and beyond being helpful. A really lovely person that helped me and made my stay so nice.

Spacious communal areas, hot tub always open and with beautiful scenario on the countryside and the animals. Delicious and generous breakfast with homemade products. We would definitely stay again, happened to see also the Northern Lights on a clear and starry night.

Set in wooden buildings, all accommodation options have access to shared bathrooms and a communal laundry room. Nice quiet private family room with bunkbeds and a window that opens. Excellent well-stocked kitchen with at least 2 of everything (oven/stove, sinks, workspaces, cutting boards etc) and plenty of room for. many people to comfortable cook at the same time. Beautiful, big glass dining room looking out over lava rocks. Very welcoming staff. Clear posted rules so the place runs efficiently and well but no micromanaging staff. Also a place in the fridge and shelves outside it for extra food you can leave behind for someone else if you are traveling the next day and can't carry it with you. Very nice private showers!

Spread over 3 buildings, the simply furnished rooms at Hlid Bed and Breakfast all have a private bathroom with a shower.

Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast buffet and BBQ equipment at Hlid B&B. A laundry room is also available. Staff arranges Icelandic horseback riding tours in the surroundings. This place is good value for the money we spent. It had comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good. We spent two nights here and we managed to see the Aurora Borealis - the Dancing Lights! They were magnificent! All the staff working there were very welcoming and helpful.
