We lucked out and were the only ones booked for the night on the ground floor, so we could make use of the kitchen area and living room fully (loved all the local books + maps). It was super cozy and hosts were very thoughtful to provide free coffee grounds and tea! We had a very restful night and morning! If you stay and there are others booked on your floor for the three person room, it would still be pretty private even thought bathroom was in a separate door from bedroom and you needed to use a separate key to get in. The hosts installed a small curtain to let you go between bedroom and bathroom privately.
