Buffet and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fresh pastries are available every morning at the bed and breakfast. There is a coffee shop, and a minimarket is also available. Everything. If I could rate this place a 20 I would. We ended up here after 30+ of traveling and it was perfection. The location was incredible, affordable and everyone in town was so kind and friendly. We ended up extending our stay and Massimo was there to help us along the way, I gotta mention that he makes fabulous lattes every morning and was always super helpful with recommending the best options for us. We ate at restaurant la selva which is 10 minutes walking distance and it became our favorite spot. 10/10, we can’t wait to come back. The place itself is wonderful and the views are unmatched, our favorite in lo of Italy.

Towels and linens are included in the price and they will be changed after 3 nights of stay. We arrived late at night well past 7pm. The owner had a system to remotely unlock the door to let us in and stayed in contact with us until everything was settled. I'd like to thank him again for taking the time to do that. Everything was clean, the room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. In the room, we had a pamphlet of what to visit in Naples and also a list restaurants suggested by the owner. This was very useful. In the morning, the owner gave us additional information about what to visit. Additionally, there is a spot to leave your luggage in the lobby if you need to store your luggage past the check-out. This is especially useful if you need to take the train because the hotel is on the way between the touristic area and the train station.

Very easy to get to and in a great location near many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. Staff was friendly and accommodating, they were also helpful when we needed assistance in calling for a Taxi. Place had what we needed for our little family (including 3 kids) and breakfast was great. Would definitely come back and stay here during our next visit.
