Location is very central; not quite on the Sirmione Peninsula but 5 min by car. Another plus: the staff speaks English and is SUPER friendly, you don't find this everywhere in Italy :). Other reviews say that it is on a busy road, but we did not experience any noise at all. We will definitely come back.

They also offered free bikes which made it so easy for us to get anywhere we wanted to go around nearby towns.

The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Overall the whole stay was super. The host is a super nice person. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had. The baked sweets were prepared by the owner and she was willing to cook extra means on top what was already there. The facility is brand new. Very comfy, extra clean with superior quality beds. There is even a garage to park the car inside. We will be back 100%.
