Featuring a private entrance, the guest house allows guests to maintain their privacy. Located at walkable distance from La Spezia Central station. The rooms were exceptionally good with amenities which aren’t available in many European Hotels. Washing Machine and terrace came as bonus. Will totally recommend to others.

Lovely room and large communal lounge, dining area and outdoor areas with wonderful views. I was a bit concerned about how far it might be from the train station, but this was no issue, a short and really beautiful stroll through the town and to my accom. The Sant'Anna stairs up to La Conchiglia were quite brutal with bags in the heat, take the road up a bit further to the next short climb of stairs, this was easy going, and views all the way. Host was excellent, nice bloke and really helpful. Highly recommend.
