All the main sites are within walking distance. Andrea the host was wonderful. The cooked breakfast every morning was a treat. Full marks to Andrea for making this happen. I certainly didn't expect this. I arrived at the property late in the evening, but Andrea had already sent me the key codes via a text message. Thank you, Andrea... I would highly recommend this property.

Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy an Italian breakfast in the bar next door to the property. Communication with our host, Marci, was great. The rooms were nice and clean. There were bottles of water left for us, and the breakfast was AMAZING! We would definitely stay here again. Don't be fooled by the look from the street. There was construction happening on the house in front of this property. During the night, when we arrived, it looked like a derelict property, and the door to the walkway to the property was hard to spot. We thought, "OH no! What did we get ourselves into?" However, once we found the door, and walked in, we were in a lovely yard, and the property was great. In the morning we could see that the "derelict" house was just a house being refurbished.

Location is just a step away from many restaurants, including the bakery where we tried the 7 layers cake (we bought it 3 times). Also close to morning markets where we tried local foods.

The property is 50 metres from the Alibus airport shuttle bus stop. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 4 km away. Great location, clean and quiet, all modern renovations inside. There were so drinks in the fridge and the host said they were for me, free. This is much better than a mini bar with a price list. Also, they served the best breakfast I ever had in Italy. There were sweet and salty choices, including a pistachio pie that was amazing.
