Delicious baked goods, fresh scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, hot drinks. The staff worked very efficiently, something I admire. Walking distance to grocery store (like 30 steps) and restaurants.

Each room comes with wooden furniture, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Very welcoming and kind family. They love their region and its nature and will share hikes or activities you can do. The beds were very good and comfortable, the closet was very large. The view from the room 7 was very nice and you get access to a balcony providing equally awesome views. Hand sanitizer is conveniently provided around the breakfast area and hallway. The room is cleaned thoroughly every day. Parking lot is located right in front of the hotel and you can park right in front of the door if you have heavy luggages (although the hotel doesn't have an elevator). The internet speed is sufficient for Netflix streaming and could be enough for remote work / video conference. (about 3-4 down, 8-9 up). The wifi will ask to re-accept the terms and conditions quite regularly. Pay attention not to use 4G by mistake. The TV has an HDMI input that you can use to stream from your laptop. We have seen eurasian pygmy owls while on a hike, to the surprise of the owners who are not used to seeing them :D

In Summer, the family-run Garni Ossi offers free tickets for local public transport. Bolzano is 40 km away and free private parking is available at the property. Breakfast was very good, many different local meat, very good capuccino, Two different juices. Servicewas friendly and smooth. I got earlier check-in without paying more. Additionally they have a 'change room and ski storage included. I walked 20meters from door and ski 100m to Monte Pana-lift.

With its quiet yet central location in Selva di Val Gardena, Villa Seceda offers a daily buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi and Alpine-style rooms with a flat-screen TV. A shared garden is available on site. Great location on a quiet street, a supermarket and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Cozy accommodation (I think only 6 rooms) is super clean and well maintained as everything works. My room had a terrace which looks out to the mountains and you can hear the soothing sounds of the nearby stream.
