I can't say enough good things about this place. The owner went beyond what was expected to accommodate everyone's needs. He and the entire crew of the guest house is so nice and kind. The stay in Tropical Tree Guesthouse definitely made our holidays in Maldives. The treatment & highly professional way of interacting with the guests is phenomenal, and deserves all the praise. The guesthouse staff demonstrated a great level of enthusiasm and hospitality. (Despite of rather small size of the lodge and lack of any luxury). Very well done! The excursions offered by the hotel (we booked 2x fishing tours and snorkeling) were simply amazing (especially the fishing tours). It was different from any other plain vanilla „commercial“ tours we previously met other countries. The tours are being performed with high level of enthusiasm and efforts of the guides. We definitely recommend to visit the wonderful island and especially this hotel to everyone, who is willing to explore the „Real“- Maldives.

I have to mention Hushaam and team for their help during our stay. Our favourite was castaway picnic trips to nearby private islands where we had the island for ourself for most of the time. We went to manta snorkeling and saw a like 10 mantas and it was amazing to snorkel with them. Looking forward to travel soon again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ahiva. All the staff (especially Yogi and Selvi) were always friendly and helpful with everything. The food was delicious and the room was cleaned daily on request. The snorkelling trip 🤿with manta rays was a wonderful experience, and in the evening we were also driven through the jungle free of charge to watch the glowing plankton, but unfortunately there was hardly anything to see. But the starry sky was something we will dream about for a long time to come.✨🌌 All in all, highly recommended.👏🏻👍🏻👌🏻☺️👏🏻

Buffet and continental breakfast options with local specialities, fresh pastries and pancakes are available each morning at the guest house. Guests can grab a bite to eat in the in-house family-friendly restaurant, which specialises in Chinese cuisine and also offers vegetarian, gluten-free and halal options. Everything is SUPER, was a short stay. Loved everything, this guest house is operated together with LVIS beach property. I paid less since stay was at LVIS Village as this is a lower priced property having it located in the Village instead of being on the beach, but is just 30 seconds walk to bikini beach and beach front LVIS property where beach front restaurant, garden and sun loungers for all guests are located. Garden and Beach is excellent, I spent all the time on the beach and garden and used room just to sleep 😁 Food is exceptional, excursions are great. Best or all is warm hospitality, how genuine staff is, feel like home. This is a place to return

Very clean and well decorated. But the best thing were the hosts. They welcomed us in like family - what amazing people! They were so warm and lovely and helpful; organising all of our activities, joining us for mealtimes, taking us around the island. We will 100% return!
