The renovation of these old Omani mountain villages is tasteful and sensitive. Staying here felt like a really authentic experience, but with modern luxury in the bathrooms and bedding. The young Omani owner is kind and welcoming. The dinner was abundant and delicious. You have fantastic views and easy access to the W18b Three Villages walk which is amazing.

Stunning hotel. Real luxury. Incredible view from our room. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast is all off menu to order, and was amazing. Lunch / dinner were also delicious especially the Lamb Shuwa.

This property has so much potential but sadly it just isn’t quite there. The rooms are great, the view is stunning but it is extremely quiet (maybe 3 other rooms filled when we were there) and a little neglected.

Its a luxury resort with the most amazing views. Don't get me wrong its very expensive but its an 'experience'. Beautiful scenery. We stayed in a villa and was perfect for families and did feel like luxury with small private pool. Highly recommend also taking the walking tour of the nearby villages (one of the high points- no pun intended)

Great location for getting out of the heat of the city. Easy access to the surrounding areas for walking. Easy parking. No need to use lifts since the hotel is low rise. Good bathroom. Hot water is instant and cold is cold(if you live in Oman you will understand that the cold water can become hot in the summer!). Good implementation of refillable shampoo and other soaps to reduce use of plastic. Same for drinking water. Well done. Quiet Air Con in room is most welcome. Great balcony with comfortable seats.
