The location is very good, two minutes walk to the beach, 150 meters 7/11 and mini Tesco, many small restaurants nearby. Near the station there is a small daily morning market, and on Saturdays there is a larger market. Ban Krut is a great place for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities. The property was built in 2005 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The guest house provides mountain views, a picnic area, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The guy who was in charge helped us with so much. Gave us tips, arranged scoters to us and even drove us to the train station

Firstly, I would like to say the owner was fabulous. I had an issue, which meant I had to amend the booking, which she did with true professionalism. The room and the sea view are astounding. You can tell that care has been taken with every aspect of the visit. From the welcome drink on arrival to the self branded toiletries. I have to say the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time. Excellent experience, thank you.

I liked everything, the location which is quiet. Moreover, it's close to the Market Village Mall and the beach. I highly recommend this place. It's my fifth stay here and I will be back.

The finish throughout is top notch. Bed was very comfortable for me, slept like a log. Bathroom was superb. Front of house restaurant area very nice place to sit. The hosts were amazing, very kind, very helpful, always smiling. Even shared some of their food with me over a chat, the Boo Maa 🦀🐴 😁was delightful. The soi is full of everything you need, it’s their to entertain you, Make sure to check out the evening food market down the side road of 7-11, lots of tasty foods to be bought there, 20B in a bag thai style. Stay here, hire a moped and hua hin is literally your oyster

Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a bath and slippers, all units at the guest house have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms also feature a terrace. At the guest house, some units are soundproof. The owners and their staff were very kind, warm-hearted and helpful. I stayed in two different rooms, both were very well designed and equipped. I had booked a night train ticket and I was allowed to stay in the room without extra costs for the whole day. The beach is only some meters away and there are several beach bars.
