I think the question should be is there anything we didn’t like about the property and I would say “not a thing”. We loved everything about this property starting from location, convenience, cleanliness, professionalism, exceptional breakfast, and most importantly the personal care and hospitality. I would say that it was not a property for us or a hotel but it felt like home. The owners Mak and Seckin are the best hosts we have come across. They spent their personal time to sit with us and explain the tours etc and the details of how they started their business, the fresh pancakes and jam their Mak’s mum makes, these little details brought warmth and inspiration. Naturally so kind and so genuine. This reflected on their staff also. Rabih and Ali made our stay extra special. The beautiful smiles and efficiency from the staff was remarkable. Highly recommended especially the fact you can have the home made breakfast at any time convenient to you. Loved that personalization. Don’t forget the view from the open rooftop is just wow especially sunrise with the balloons. Thank you for this unforgettable experience. My mum and I are forever grateful for all the love and care. We will be back for sure.

The view was amazing, fantastic location where you could witness the hot air balloons from the hotel with a clear view, near to Goreme for the hot air balloon ride, staff is very generous and helpful and will assist you with everything related to the city tours, highly recommended!

(taking into consideration that it is found uphill, please make sure to take shuttles instead of buses in case you have heavy/many luggages) Breakfast was okay.. View was exceptional..
