I stayed in about 5 different hotel this past week and this is my absolute favourite!! The amenities, staff, location, cleanliness and attention given from the very step into this Inn is incredible. The staff are so welcoming and do their very best to make your stay great. I have fallen in love with this Inn. it’s sad that I’m only here for the night but I will absolutely with no doubt come back again. I highly recommend this Inn!! you will fall I love without just like I did.

Also good breakfast provided every morning and amazing hosts either great tips for trips, i.e. the sunset sailing boat cruise! Thanks to the great team at Simonton for making our stay so great.

11 km from Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, Beautiful Beginnings at Bayside is a recently renovated property situated in Crystal River and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The property has quiet street views and is 12 km from Homosassa Springs and 44 km from Weeki Wachee Springs. The bed and breakfast also offers facilities for disabled guests. Quiet place not far from old town and springs. King Room #12 had a good size and also a big shower (with seat). Tina make us feel very welcome 🫶 Breakfast had specials like Croissants with egg, bacon and cheese and also fresh fruit salad 👍

At the bed and breakfast, each unit has bed linen and towels. Loved the location and vibe! We stayed in a renovated room. Unfortunately we just stayed there for one night!

We were initially planning to spend one night but ended up staying there for four nights (the rest of our holiday). Gary and Jeff were incredibly helpful and kind, they made our stay unforgettable! The rooms have a pleasant beach house feel, everything is clean and well maintained. There is a nice pool, coffee and muffins are provided every morning and there is even complimentary champagne on Friday and Saturday evenings, which is a nice touch. The location is great, 3 minutes walk to the beach (which has fine, clean sand and clear water). There are quite a few bars and restaurants around if you don't feel like taking the car.

At the inn, every room includes a patio. At The Porch on Frances Inn every room is equipped with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.Continental breakfast is also available on sight.

We do not offer Continental breakfast, not all rooms have a terrace or patio or a wardrobe. We do not have room service. We only have housekeeping services. Fantastic property run by the loveliest people. the room was comfortable and we were given free access to bicycles to ride around to places we wanted to see. We were also given sunscreen in our room that we could take with us for our days out. They also had beach towels to use. Coffee and snacks were provided in the morning. Great stay and would highly recommend!
