This Inn is absolutely beautiful!! I stayed in about 5 different hotel this past week and this is my absolute favourite!! The amenities, staff, location, cleanliness and attention given from the very step into this Inn is incredible. The staff are so welcoming and do their very best to make your stay great. I have fallen in love with this Inn. it’s sad that I’m only here for the night but I will absolutely with no doubt come back again. I highly recommend this Inn!! you will fall I love without just like I did.

Located in Key West, this Florida adult-only inn offers complimentary, light continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi access. This is an awesome hotel! Highly recommended. Nice and beautiful historic place. All people here are so nice and charming.

Everything was perfect. We were initially planning to spend one night but ended up staying there for four nights (the rest of our holiday). Gary and Jeff were incredibly helpful and kind, they made our stay unforgettable! The rooms have a pleasant beach house feel, everything is clean and well maintained. There is a nice pool, coffee and muffins are provided every morning and there is even complimentary champagne on Friday and Saturday evenings, which is a nice touch. The location is great, 3 minutes walk to the beach (which has fine, clean sand and clear water). There are quite a few bars and restaurants around if you don't feel like taking the car.

Located in Key West, 1.5 km from Higgs Beach, The Porch on Frances Inn provides air-conditioned rooms and express check-in and check-out. Fantastic property run by the loveliest people. the room was comfortable and we were given free access to bicycles to ride around to places we wanted to see. We were also given sunscreen in our room that we could take with us for our days out. They also had beach towels to use. Coffee and snacks were provided in the morning. Great stay and would highly recommend!

It was such a lovely stay. The owners are very nice and helpful. The breakfast they prepared was awesome. Very fresh, creative and delicious. There are plenty things to do in the area. You can rent bicycles and kayaks for free.
