My daughter had to leave very early in the morning, but the host had a fresh muffins with cream in a togo container for her with a sweet note. Would definitely suggest this home to stay. At the bed and breakfast, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. We were in town for my father-in-laws funeral, and LPI was exactly the haven we needed. We felt cared for, yet we had space and privacy. Honestly, stepping onto the porch when we arrived may have been the first time we really “breathed” since we got the phone call about my father-in-laws passing 2 days prior. When my own mother and sister arrived for the funeral, we got them a room there as well.

We can recommend this B&B to everyone who will be in this region.

Breakfast was among the best I have ever had. It will be one of the top reasons I come back to the Oaks. The facility, grounds, staff and room were all fantastic.

All units will provide guests with a fridge. The room was very comfortable; breakfast was delicious(!) and included fresh herbs, tomatoes, etc., all from the proprietor's lovely garden that actually piped in soft music! The dining area was lovely and looked out through a wall of windows, into the garden. Every table had a lovely view. The cottage, where one finds the breakfast room had a very large collection of hand crafter jewelry, artwork and other lovely, local items for purchase. Finally, the Inn is an easy walk or bike ride (bikes provided at no charge) into town. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend.

The couple who owned the bed and breakfast were great and did a fantastic job making us feel at home. The room was great plenty of room for activities. The shower was a 10 out of 10 it could accommodate at least 4 adults. We enjoyed our experience we stayed an extra night.
