The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, but also close to busier areas with restaurants and shops. Also, I work from home and wifi is very very good. Honestly, it couldn't be any better!!

Located in an expat/upmarket area so there’s lots of western style restaurants, cafes and bars around as well as a few cheaper, local-style Vietnamese eateries.
