The check in and check out was easy, quick and very helpful. The rooms are clean, everything looks new, there's room cleaning every day. The breakfast has almost the same options everyday but there are plenty options so you can switch between them. Also, you can take your coffee on the go which is a plus if you want to maximize your day. How good the location is will depend on your plans, for Manhattan is far away but the plus is that it's blocks away from coney island beach which is a must visit and it's close to the metro station. The neighborhood is quite.

Best Western Maple City Inn is located at three miles from Route 17 and Interstate 86 and less than 10 miles from Alfred University and Alfred State College. Stony Brook State Park and Swain ski center are also nearby. Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was outstanding, access to the parking area was very convenient and the room was quiet, even though the motel was at capacity.

Great location with easy walking access to downtown Lake Placid. We used the pool which was really nice and the breakfast was delicious in cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The Best Western On The Avenue offers guests a convenient location only a short drive from the legendary Niagara Falls. The University of Buffalo as well as the Buffalo Zoo and the Keybank Center are also nearby. We booked an apartment where smoking is allowed by mistake and were scared that we would have to stay there, but the staff immediately changed our room to the non smoking one which was super nice. Breakfast was fine, rooms and beds were super cosy, and what is also worth mentioning was Troy that adviced us about the Niagara trip. He told us very interesting stories and made our trip easy. Also the area of the hotel is safe and full of nice places to sit, don’t miss Colter Bay for food and drinks - you won’t regret going there.

EVERYTHING, THE BEDDING WAS CLEAN AND SOFT. THE BATHROOM AND THE REST OF THE STAYING QUARTERS WERE VERY VERY CLEAN FRESH LINEN AND TOWELS CHANGED DAILY !!! LOVE THIS HOTEL !!!!
