I accidentally left my clothes in the closet after leaving the hotel for 2 hours. Then called the frontdesk who later helped me to find the items and gave me a suggestion on how to handle it. I had a few follow-up calls to various shifts of the front desk. All nice and kind people no matter what situation. Now I am busy on UPS website to arrange shipment, but they deserve my time to write a 'Thank You' review here! A good stop in Ashland if you need to drop by. BTW, they also have a good restraunt as neighbor, a plus.
