The location is amazing, exactly what you would expect. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was diverse and plenty. The room was big enough, but i would recommend if you can, go for the family one even if you are a couple. The other rooms are a bit small. We have found a parking space and there were plenty of free ones, but keep in mind that this is a PUBLIC parking space and if you can not find a free spot you have to search for another parking lot and even pay (except on Sundays, when it is free, from what we have been told). I have seen other feedbacks regarding the specific smell and squicky floors, but it wasn't as bad as described l, in my opinion. Afterall, you are on a boat, not a building...

The boat is moored close,( 5-10 mins walk) to the Margaret bridge and all the tram links you need to get you moving around the city. You are looking over to Margaret Island which you can walk to in 20 minutes or so. The rooms are cabins and are therefore restricted by that but are none the less clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generously laid out and was very good.
